The WordPress Beginner Workshop is aimed at people who are completely new to WordPress. You don’t need have any experience or know any coding, although general knowledge of computer usage is required.
The workshop will enable attendees to manage their own website using WordPress.
Our instructors are experienced WordPress developers and trainers, so you can be sure that you will receive expert attention and advice. We keep our classes small, so that we can give individual attention and provide support to everyone throughout the workshop.
What to Expect
We make use of video tutorials and other training materials during our Workshops. The workshop is a “hands-on” experience – you will be actively working on a WordPress website that has been setup especially for you. During the workshop your instructor will provide instructions, assign tasks and offer guidance.
Should you wish to work on your own domain / hosting, this can also be arranged under certain circumstances.
Coffee & tea will be provided.
A 40 minute break will be taken at around 12h30.
Every attendee works at their own pace and while the workshop is designed to be as simple as possible, you will need to keep up with instructions provided by the instructor.
Should you feel that you are not able to keep up with certain topics, please inform your instructor who will assist as best possible to help you understand, or arrange that you attend another workshop.
Please note that in some cases, due to time constraints or unforeseen circumstances should it not be possible to go through all topics as described in the workshop outline, your instructor will arrange that you attend another one of our upcoming workshops.
Time: 6 – 7 Hours
Venue: To be confirmed (Cape Town)

*Please note that there is a minimum requirement of 5 attendees for the workshop to be confirmed.
